This object is often observable, but the orbit is already
so tightly constrained by the existing observations, that new
astrometric data can be used to improve the orbit, hence to refine
the Risk Table, only if they are especially accurate, including
provisions to avoid biases introduced by star catalog systematic
errors.
The Risk Table for this object has not been computed with the
standard CLOMON2 procedure but by extending the impact monitoring
till 2105.
