ADDITIONAL NOTE
The results contained in this impactor table are based on the Line Of Variations method generalised to the 7-dimensional space of the orbital elements and the Yarkovsky parameter. The Yarkovsky parameter has been estimated from the fit to the astrometry as (-2.84 +/- 0.38) 10-14 au/d2, so that no a priori constraint based upon models and physical observations has been used.
The results are in line with the ones obtained at JPL and NEOCC. Due to the already high precision orbit determination for Apophis, new optical observations at this apparition will not sensibly change the orbit and, therefore, the impact monitoring computations. For this reason we will update occasionally this table during the following weeks.
