EPHEMERIDES PREDICTION

The table provides the details for observing the object tonight. Updated daily at noon CET (UT+1, but UT+2 in summer).

Ephemerides Service

This service accepts several user inputs and returns a tabular set of ephemerides. This data can assist in a follow up or recovery of the object.

The user inputs consist of the start time and stop time of the ephemerides, as well as the requested time interval. The service is limited to 500 ephemeris records.

The output is simply a table with numerous columns to assist with planning an observation. The uncertainties are for 1-sigma, so in practice the user should multiply these numbers by about 3 to obtain the semi-axes of a reasonably reliable confidence ellipse. The "PA" column gives the primary axis orientation of the major axis of the ellipse in degrees measured from North.

The reference system used is J2000 Equatorial.
